Where our Amanita grows
Every cap we offer begins in a specific place: remote pine and birch stands in the Baltic and Carpathian regions, far from roads, farmland and industry. Clean soil, clean air, and forests our foragers have walked for generations.
Two forests, one standard
We harvest from named regions only, and every jar is traceable to the forest and the season it came from.
Baltic forests
Cool northern pine and birch stands with sandy, acidic soil — the classic habitat where Amanita muscaria forms its mycorrhizal bond with the trees.
Carpathian mountains
Higher-altitude spruce and birch forests, remote and slow to warm, giving firm, deeply coloured caps late into the season.
Traceable to the source
Region, season and forager are recorded for every harvest lot, and printed with the batch number on your jar.
